The restaurant THE PAROL takes all the ground floor of the historical building, installed in huge beams of braúna and aroeira, adobe and stone walls. Furnished within the standards of today’s comfort and respecting the authenticity of a historical farm, we’ve got 40 seats. A small stage allows for excellent live music  performances.
The menu  offers the guest the balance between healthy and natural food ( we’ve got an excellent vegetable bed, aromatic herb, and medicinal tea) and the pleasure of eating well, preparing the Brazilian cuisine with touches of the French and oriental cuisine.
We have got salads with varied green vegetables, edible flowers, light mousses, grilled foods with delicious sauces with fresh aromatic herb and fruits from the garden with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, all prepared in our kitchen.The desserts are served on a counter and are mouth-watering: 
farm candies, cottage cheeses, fresh cheese, and we always add a novelty; Belgium apple pie , fruit mousses, sweet crepes, etc.Teas: you may try and help yourself to some tea that might do you good. We’ve got all sorts in our herb stock.As long as requested in advance, varied courses may be prepared in our kitchen.
